WHY ISN’T THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER AVAILABLE ONLINE?
If tracking information is not yet posted for your order, the product has not yet been fulfilled. In most cases orders are fulfilled the next business day, but delays may happen for various reasons. Typically our support team would connect with you via e-mail if there was going to be a delay in sending you your order.
If you've placed an order more than 5 business days prior, and tracking detail has not yet been provided, plase contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, or click on the contact link above.
ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?Possible reasons:
Order Split Shipped: Check your order whether it has not been split shipped. Contact our Customer Service.
Ordered from different warehouses: If your order was only available from 2 different warehouse the order will have multiple shipments.
Mahlkonig made a mistake: On rare occasions an item maybe missed during packaging.
Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.
If you have checked, and there is still something missing, please alert us as soon as possible. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to email@example.com, including your order number and a description of the items missing.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE ON WWW.MAHLKONIGUSA.COM?
If you've purchased equipment at www.mahlkonigusa.com and wish to return it, you have 45 days from date of purchase to request a RMA. If you don't get the goods/items within 45 days after you pay, you can open a dispute, we will issue full refund to you first without any excuses.
WHAT IS AN RMA?
RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers will receive a return shipment label from our support team directly. The support team will also provide specific details on any applicable refunds at that time.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact our support team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss processing an un-used product return.
MY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM WWW.MAHLKONIGUSA.COM HAVE STOPPED WORKING CORRECTLY.
If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, our support team will work with you to replace the faulty product. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us via email to email@example.com for more information.
If the product is outside of warranty, we may still be able to offer repairs or replacement parts.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and please provide the order number and the details of what you received.
- Our support team will respond to you within 2 business days.
- Once our support team confirms an item is incorrect, we will issue an RMA to return the product back to our facility. We will also begin the shipment of the correct item.
- Once we receive the incorrect item, we will issue the corresponding refund for the product received in error.
AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
If your item was damaged during shipping, we will provide you with replacement product. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com once you've discovered the damaged product. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier.
Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for processing a new shipment.
